Mod. 80 Hydraulic belt saw  
with automatic wood cutting.

         
This machine is built in two versions: MOD. 80 and MOD. 80 Super. It can be operated either by the tractor power takeoff, minimum HP40, or by an electric motor HP20. Upon request, it is available in the double version: electric and tractor-operated.
It features a robust, heavy duty structure: the hydraulically-operated 16 T cleaving hammer speeds up the log cleaving task through its automatic operation. The entire log cutting operation can be performed by one person: the wood log is cut and dropped directly into the hydraulic cleaving hammer.
From here, the cut pieces are loaded onto a conveyor belt which stacks the pieces either in bulk or directly into the transport vehicle. The 4,50 m long conveyor belt, with retractible system, is applied to the machine.
